AI is assistance, not authority
AI tools may help with drafting, summarisation, classification or workflow support. They should not be treated as an unquestionable source or as the final decision-maker.
Human review
Outputs should be reviewed by a suitably informed person before they are used in a consequential HR context. Review should consider accuracy, relevance, context, fairness and whether the output should be disregarded.
